POSITION: “SALES MANAGER”
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

We’re seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with deep experience in marine construction to lead our business development efforts, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies for marine construction projects (docks,
  boathouses, bulkheads, boatlifts, repairs, & maintenance).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and public
  sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and scope documents.
• Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing
  and delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project
  lifecycle.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver’s license
• Personal and reliable transportation
• Strong understanding of bulkhead, dock, and shoreline systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with permitting, compliance, and government contracting preferred

POSITION: “LABORER”
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

We’re looking for dependable laborers who take pride in quality workmanship, building strong structures, and being part of a skilled crew with the eagerness to learn and progress their trade. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to integrity and dependability. This position will require efforts in installing docks/bulkheads/boathouses including pilings, tiebacks, concrete anchors, and timber framing. This is a physically demanding role that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with installation of bulkheads, docks, and tieback systems
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, stage, and secure materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Follow instructions from foreman and project supervisors
• Work on barges, floating platforms, and shoreline terrain
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working around water and uneven surfaces
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Must be punctual
