POSITION:   “MARINE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORS” 

POSITION TYPE:    Full Time  

We are looking for a Marine Construction Supervisor to lead field operations on waterfront infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in marine construction, crew coordination, and site safety.

This position will require daily management of crew members and project plans during the installation of docks/bulkheads/boathouses/boatlifts/boathouses. This is a physically demanding role that requires teamwork, organization, attention to detail, strong management skills, people skills, and a commitment to safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct daily job site activities and crew assignments
  • Keep each project on schedule
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with marine construction standards
  • Communicate directly with crew members, project managers, inspectors, and clients
  • Oversee and execute each project from initiation to completion. (to include: docks, bulkheads, boathouses, boatlifts, etc.)
  • Load, stage, and secure materials and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Work on barges, floating platforms, and shoreline terrain
  • Operate heavy equipment with proficiency, including excavators, skid steers, and similar machinery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read plans and manage field logistics
  • Proper knowledge of operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Experienced Marine Equipment Operator with hands-on proficiency in heavy machinery

Including: excavators, skid steers, and related equipment.

  • Respect for safety and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  • Comfortable working around water and uneven surfaces
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Must be punctual

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Personal and reliable transportation
  • Strong understanding of bulkhead, dock, and shoreline systems

This role requires technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for marine construction projects (docks,
    boathouses, bulkheads, boatlifts, repairs, & maintenance).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and public
    sectors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and scope documents.
  • Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure accurate pricing

POSITION: “LABORER”


POSITION TYPE: Full Time

We’re looking for dependable laborers who take pride in quality workmanship, building strong structures, and being part of a skilled crew with the eagerness to learn and progress their trade. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to integrity and dependability. This position will require efforts in installing docks/bulkheads/boathouses including pilings, tiebacks, concrete anchors, and timber framing. This is a physically demanding role that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
